Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation must be approved by CBF. All cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. The shipping fee will not be refunded once a delivery date and time has been set.
In store pickup orders that are canceled are subject to storage fees if the request is after the allotted pickup timeframe of 14 days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for any cancellation to be processed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being canceled. We are not able to return discounted or sale items, candles, gift cards, holiday items, items picked up in store, or custom orders.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation request is received we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the 20% cancellation fee, and the remaining credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at copperbarnfurniture@gmail.com.
