Delivery & Pickup


We You have found the perfect piece but now what?  

There are several options on how to get your piece home.

 

For Home Décor Items:

  • Shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx option at checkout. Most home décor items ship for Free!  Items will arrive within 7-10 business days. 
  • Free In-Store Pickup. Swing by anytime we are open and we will have your items pulled, bagged and ready to go!  All orders are ready within about an hour. 

For Furniture Items:

Free In-Store pickup. Swing by anytime we are open and we will have your item(s) pulled and ready to go. Most orders are ready to go within 1 business day. You will receive an email when your item is ready for pickup.  You can pickup yourself or have a friend/family member help you out. But please make sure to bring a truck, blankets, rope, and extra help to load your purchase.  All regular in-store pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days. Items not picked up within the 7 days will incur a $15 per day storage fee. This fee must be paid to CBF prior to the item leaving the store. 

Free In-Store Pickup within 8 to 14 days. This is just like In-Store pickup but we will hold the items in store for up to 14 days for a $19 fee while you arrange the pickup. Items are pulled and ready to go within 24 hours of you notifying us of when it will be picked up or delivered. You can let us know when to expect the item to leave via email or phone.  Items not picked up within the 14 days will incur a $15 per day storage fee. This fee must be paid to CBF prior to the item leaving the store. 

Unless there is a prior agreement with Copper Barn Furniture, all purchases that are not picked up within 21 days of the purchase date will be subject to cancellation.  The restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price and storage fees will be charged and deducted from the purchase price. The remaining purchased amount will be given as a store credit which will be valid for 60 days.  After that time the customer forfeits all credits issued.
