Delaware Delivery

For Furniture Items:

    Front Door Delivery 
    In order to ship our fully assembled, handcrafted, solid wood furniture we have all Furniture orders hand delivered to make sure you purchase gets to you safely. 
    Shipping rates are calculated by your purchase total
        Purchase up to $1000 $199       
        Purchase of $1001 to $1800 $199              
        Purchase of $1801 to $2500 $199
        Purchases $2501 and up 

    $199

    • Items will be left at the front door or garage.  No upstairs, inside delivery, or setup available. 
    • Your order will be scheduled for delivery when all items in your order are available for delivery.  
    • Please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery, depending on delivery appointment availability.  A representative of CBF will contact you once the delivery time has been assigned.   Please note: weather, holidays and customer initiated order changes may impact and delay the estimated delivery times. 
    • Delivery is completed by our own delivery team or a third party delivery independent contractor.
    • Delivery times may be delayed during the winter months due to weather.
    • Delivery times during the holidays may take longer due to high volume. 

     

    CBF is not responsible for ensuring the items purchased will fit through doorways, hallways, or upstairs. Please measure prior to scheduling delivery. Delivery charges will not be refunded if the items do not fit. Items that do not fit will be left in a common area or garage at the delivery address.

     

    •Items are delivered to the ground level front door or garage.  No upstairs, inside delivery, or setup included.  Please Note: we are not responsible for ensuring the items purchased will fit through doorways, hallways, or upstairs.     •It is the responsibility of the receiving customer to ensure the delivery truck can reach the delivery address without issue.  As well as it is the responsibility of the customer to notify CBF of any potential issues such as low lying branches, narrow roads, dirt or gravel roads and driveways, as well as any other potential hazard for the delivery truck.  Any damage caused by these hazards will be the responsibility of the receiving customer. 

    •Speed of Delivery
    This depends on type of product, product availability, and proximity to CBF. Please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery of all truck items. Please note: weather, holidays and customer initiated order changes may impact and delay the estimated delivery times. 

    •Arranging Delivery
    Truck Delivery is by appointment Monday - Sunday. A service representative will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe (typically a 4-hour window).
