So how does the Furniture Delivery process work?


  1. We ensure all of your items are in stock and ready for delivery
  2. The delivery team works to get a delivery route scheduled in your area 
  3. Approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the available delivery appointment we reach out via email and/or phone to provide the available delivery date & time
  4. Once you confirm the appointment we double check, wrap and load your order
  5. On your delivery date - the delivery team calls about 30 minutes prior to arrival 
  6. Yay! Your order has arrived! The delivery team will unload, check, and place your item at your door, garage, or right inside the front door.  
  7. You will have time to check over the item(s) and bring any concerns to the attention of the delivery team. 
  8. Now the good part - it's time to enjoy your new handcrafted piece!
